Famous artist Yılmaz Morgül, who frequently makes comments about current issues, opposed the proposed law for putting street dogs to sleep.

The law stating that if dogs taken to shelters cannot be adopted within 1 month, they should be put to sleep has caused an uproar among citizens. Yılmaz Morgül, who has previously made reactions to social issues, couldn't help but mention this topic during his concert. Morgül, who reacted to the euthanization of animals, said, "The one who created us also created animals. I am also an animal, put me to sleep too. Instead of saying keep them alive by getting their vaccines, they are talking about euthanasia for animals. They want to kill all dogs and cats. Then put me to sleep, kill me too. Defy God."
