With the season ending in the Süper Lig, Samsunspor has started its transfer efforts and is pursuing two names from Galatasaray. President Yüksel Yıldırım stated they are interested in Victor Nelsson and Kazımcan Karataş.

With the end of the season in the Trendyol Super League, Samsunspor continues its transfer preparations for the upcoming season.

TWO GALATASARAY PLAYERS ON THE AGENDA

The Black Sea representative's president, Yüksel Yıldırım, made striking statements about transfer targets, announcing that they have added two players who wear the Galatasaray jersey to their agenda.

VICTOR NELSSON AND KAZIMCAN KARATAŞ

Speaking to former Açık, Yüksel Yıldırım stated that they want to add the yellow-red team's defender Victor Nelsson and left-back Kazımcan Karataş to their squad. Providing information about the process, Yıldırım said, "Both players are currently on our transfer list. However, we have not yet made official contact with Galatasaray Club or the players. We are at an early stage for the transfer period, but both names are definitely on our radar."

''THE FOREIGNER LIMIT SHOULD HAVE BEEN 12+4''

President Yıldırım also touched upon the ongoing debates about the foreign player rule and expressed support for Galatasaray President Dursun Özbek's views on the matter. Stating that the current rule puts clubs in a difficult position, Yıldırım explained, "Instead of the 10+4 formula in the foreign player rule, I wish 12+4 had been preferred; it would have been much more advantageous for clubs. I find Dursun Özbek's stance on this issue completely justified and I support him. The number of foreign players allowed on the matchday squad could still remain at 14, but being able to have a total of 16 foreign players in the squad would have greatly eased our burden."
