During road checks by gendarmerie teams in Zonguldak, a vehicle was stopped and 450 kilograms of spoiled meat was found. Following inspections, the meat was destroyed after it was determined to pose a risk to public health.

During road checks by the Devrek District Gendarmerie Command teams in Zonguldak, a vehicle driven by A.A. from outside the province was stopped.

A TOTAL OF 450 KILOS

During the inspections carried out on the vehicle, 450 kilograms of meat were found to be unsuitable for health and determined to be spoiled. After the gendarmerie teams, municipal police and District Agriculture Directorate teams were dispatched to the area; it was determined that the meat posed serious risks to public health.

ALL OF IT WAS DESTROYED

The seized 450 kilograms of meat were destroyed under the supervision of the teams, recorded in a report. The investigation initiated regarding the incident is ongoing.
