A 15-year-old named Berk İvacık has been missing for 27 hours in the Beyşehir district of Konya. A large-scale operation is being conducted by the gendarmerie, AFAD, search and rescue teams, and commando units for the young man who went missing in the Üzümlü neighborhood.
Search efforts for 15-year-old Berk İvacık, who went missing in the Üzümlü neighborhood of Beyşehir district in Konya, have been ongoing for 27 hours without interruption. The search was initiated after a report was made to the gendarmerie due to the family's inability to reach him, but no results have been achieved so far.
Family members, local residents, gendarmerie teams, search and rescue teams, and soldiers sent from a commando unit are participating in the search efforts that have been ongoing since the morning hours. Teams are conducting extensive operations in the area using drones and scent-sensitive search dogs.
MOTORCYCLE FOUND IN FRONT OF THE VINEYARD HOUSE
During the search, a motorcycle belonging to Berk İvacık was found in front of a vineyard house in the Asar area, prompting teams to intensify their efforts in this region. While the mountainous terrain was thoroughly searched, searches were also conducted around nearby vineyard houses, structures, water wells, and the dam area. However, no traces were found during the operations that continued until the evening hours.
PHONE SIGNAL CHANGED THE SEARCH AREA
Meanwhile, teams that determined that the base records taken from Berk İvacık's mobile phone had shifted found that the last signal came from the center of Beyşehir district. Following this development, the search area was expanded. Teams affiliated with the Beyşehir District Police Department also initiated concentrated search efforts in the district center.
The search activities, which continue both in rural and urban areas, are being carried out meticulously to ensure the young man is found without any negative incidents.
