The suspect who killed two people with a gun in an apartment in Adana committed suicide on the roof of another building where he was hiding.
Police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene following reports of an armed fight in an apartment in the Gürselpaşa neighborhood of Seyhan district in Adana.
KILLED TWO PEOPLE AND COMMITTED SUICIDE
When the teams entered the apartment, they determined that Abdülhakim Demirbaş (20) and Mesut Savuran (37) had been killed with a gun. The Homicide Bureau teams, which continued their work by expanding their investigation, identified the suspect as Mehmet Eser (22).
Teams that determined the suspect was hiding in an apartment in the Reşatbey neighborhood conducted an operation at the building in question. During the raid, Mehmet Eser, who tried to escape from the teams, committed suicide with a gun on the roof of the apartment he climbed.
After the work at the scene, Eser's body was taken to the Adana Forensic Medicine Institution morgue.
