In the Artuklu district of Mardin, after two sisters were found dead in their home in the afternoon, Cemile Arslanhan (60), who lived in a different neighborhood and had not been heard from, was also found dead in her home in the evening. Leyla Işıktaş (60) and her sister Muatter Işıktaş (65), who lived on Yeniyol Street in the Saraçoğlu neighborhood of central Artuklu, were found dead in their home in the afternoon.
ANOTHER WOMAN FOUND DEAD
While the investigation into the incident continues, another similar death case occurred in the evening. Relatives of Cemile Arslanhan, who lived in Yalım neighborhood and had not been heard from, went to her home.
Relatives who found Arslanhan motionless on the floor reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon the notification, health and police teams were dispatched to the area. Health teams determined during their examination that Arslanhan had passed away.
INVESTIGATION INTO THE CONNECTION OF THE DEATHS
Arslanhan's body was taken to the morgue of Mardin Training and Research Hospital for an autopsy. It is being investigated whether the two incidents are related.
