The Editor-in-Chief of Haberler.com, Attorney Bedia Teymur, stated in her speech at the 'New Generation Journalism Workshop' held in Kayseri, "Ethics is a moral rule. It is a concept that we encounter in all professions and that we all need to adhere to while working." Teymur emphasized that ethics is a rule that people should comply with through their conscience.
A large number of journalists working in many regions of Turkey gathered at the 'New Generation Journalism Workshop' organized by the Internet Journalism Association (TİGAD) in Kayseri. Dr. Ekrem Teymur, Chairman of the Board of News.com, and Av. Bedia Teymur, Editor-in-Chief of News.com, also gave speeches at the event.

Av. Bedia Teymur used the following statements in her speech titled "The Ethical Values Test of Digital Media": "Ethics is a moral rule. It is a concept that should arise in all professions. It is a concept that we all must adhere to while doing our jobs. This is not a written rule. It is a rule that has come from customs and traditions, existing for a long time, and must be adhered to with a sense of conscience.
"NOW ACCESSING INFORMATION HAS BECOME EASIER"
In internet journalism, the speed of information flow and the accuracy rate may not be as significant as in a newspaper; however, ethical rules can still be respected without this. We have been in this sector for 18 years. We are engaged in internet publishing, but we do not obtain certain things instantly, even at the cost of losing our clicks. We ask questions. Just as it is easy to provide information, it has also become easier to access information. We have mobile phones, we have the internet. The individuals in question have social media. We gather certain data by researching those platforms. We try to convey that information in that way."
