"THEY ATTACKED ANOTHER CHILD IN RECENT DAYS"

One of our neighbors saw the incident and saved my brother. His condition was serious on the first day, but he has overcome the life-threatening situation. They said he needs surgery. There are too many stray street dogs in our neighborhood. We filed a complaint. Half of them were collected, and half of them remained here. They attacked another child in recent days. They attack anyone who passes by," he said.
