OFFAL DETECTED IN HAMBURGER PATTIES
In the latest disclosure list, it was stated that offal was detected in the hamburger patties sold by the "Baget Burger" establishment operating in Pamukkale district of Denizli. It was also found that poultry meat was detected in the pide sold at "Devecioğlu Esnaf Lokantası" operating in Kahramankazan district of Ankara.
POULTRY MEAT DETECTED IN MINCED MEAT PIDE
In "Sar Kebap," which operates in Çankaya district of Ankara, poultry meat was detected in marinated beef.
In "Meşhur Pide Salonu-Meryem Koçer," which operates in Mamak district of Ankara, poultry meat was also detected in the minced meat pide sold. Again in Mamak, offal was detected in the lahmacun filling at the "Şanlı Aspava-Ayhan Kaleli" company. In "Ebrar Meat and Meat Products," which operates in Keçiören district of Ankara, a chicken head was found in the sausage.
