Strong downpours have been effective in Kırıkkale since noon. The rain in the central and Yahşihan districts brought life to a standstill. TRAPPED IN VEHICLE
In Çalılıöz Neighborhood, as the roads were submerged due to the flood, a driver became trapped in their vehicle. The Kırıkkale Municipality Fire Brigade teams came to the driver's aid. After rescuing the driver, the teams later used a rope to free the vehicle from where it was trapped.
