After the psychiatric examination at the Forensic Medicine Institution, the report prepared regarding Kıraç was sent to the court. Following the examination, İnan Kıraç, who was diagnosed with "dementia," was assigned a guardian by the court.

In the Forensic Medicine Institution report, it was noted that İnan Kıraç could not answer certain questions, and the conclusion section included the following statements: "As a result of the examination and psychometric evaluation conducted on February 26, 2025, it was concluded that the condition known as 'Dementia,' which would impair the individual's legal capacity and eliminate the ability to comprehend events and draw healthy conclusions from them, was detected. Due to this dementia condition, the individual is not aware of his interests and cannot protect them, and it was medically concluded that he cannot resist suggestions and cannot freely engage in actions and transactions on his own volition."
In the report, when asked about the legal case involving İnan Kıraç, it was stated that he expressed, "My adopted daughter wants to take my assets, and she said that I have dementia."
GAVE WRONG ANSWERS TO MOST QUESTIONS
The report highlighted the following:
He stated that his first wife (Suna Kıraç) passed away 40 years ago. He could not remember the year and day of her death.
He did not know that the building he was in was the Forensic Medicine Institution building.
When asked to count the days of the week backward, he could not count beyond Thursday.
He could not draw a clock and place the numbers.
He could not answer questions related to current events, such as earthquakes, fires, and national mourning.
He knew that the President was Recep Tayyip Erdoğan but could not identify the Mayor of Istanbul, Ekrem İmamoğlu.
He stated that he had six companies but could only name three of them.
TRIAL WILL BE HELD ON MAY 27
During the examination, it was noted by the committee that he occasionally tried to explain himself by saying, "I am not here today; I supposedly came to work." The case opened by İpek Kıraç regarding the annulment of the marriage between Emine Alangoya and İnan Kıraç will be heard on May 27.
