Five out of the twelve individuals who were detained on the grounds of committing the crime of embezzlement in Kırıkkale have been arrested. Five individuals were released under judicial control, while two were released by the prosecutor's office.
Five of the 12 people who were detained on the grounds of committing the crime of bribery in Kırıkkale were arrested, 5 were released under judicial control, and 2 were released by the prosecutor's office.
On May 27, under the instruction of the Kırıkkale Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the Provincial Police Department's Anti-Smuggling and Organized Crime Unit carried out an operation against bribery, resulting in the detention of 12 individuals.
Among those detained was the former Mayor of Yahşihan, Osman Türkyılmaz; the suspects were charged with 'abusing the influence of a public official to gain benefits for themselves or others.'
5 PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED
As part of the investigation, the procedures for a total of 12 individuals, including former Yahşihan Mayor Osman Türkyılmaz, were completed at the police station. After a health report, the suspects were referred to the courthouse. Among the suspects, former Yahşihan Mayor Osman Türkyılmaz, Mustafa Tekertarla, Ülkü Toksoy, İbrahim Aktuğ, and Tayfun Arslan were arrested by the court.
C.A., M.T., K.T., İ.A., and F.M. were released under judicial control, while M.Ç. and A.Ü. were released by the prosecutor's office.
