Ten people were killed and nine others were wounded late on Saturday in several explosions in the provinces of Diyala and Saladin, security sources said.
In the eastern province of Diyala, two people were killed and five others were wounded when an improvised explosive device went off in central Baqubah, a security source said.
In the northern province of Saladin, Captain Khaled al-Deraji, a police officer, told The Anadolu Agency that two IEDs simultaneously targeted shepherds in the Hamreen area.
Eight people were killed, including women and children, and four others were wounded in the two attacks, al-Deraji said.
