The woman claims that one of the attackers was Diddy. It is stated that the incident occurred in 2017, and the victim has filed a civil lawsuit against the Combs father-son duo and some companies owned by Diddy.
"HE BOUGHT A PLANE TICKET WITH A JOB PROMISE"
According to court documents, the woman received a plane ticket to fly from New Orleans to Los Angeles after Justin Combs, whom she met on Snapchat, told her he would place her in a position at Remote TV in Atlanta. However, when she arrived in Los Angeles, things did not go as planned.
THREE MASKED MEN MADE HER EXPERIENCE HELL IN ONE NIGHT
According to the complaint, three masked men who came to the house in the evening sexually assaulted the woman in turn from Saturday night until Sunday afternoon. The woman detailed her experiences in court, stating that she was unconscious and defenseless.
CLAIM THAT "THE THIRD PERSON MAY BE DIDDY"
The victim stated that although she did not recognize two of the attackers, she believed the third person was Sean "Diddy" Combs. She based this claim on the physical appearance and behavior of the individual, as well as Justin referring to him as "Pops."
HOPE FOR A JOB TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE
The lawsuit states that the promised job never materialized after the woman's trip to Los Angeles. She expressed that she has experienced deep emotional trauma, shame, fear, and physical and mental harm due to what happened.
ALLEGATIONS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT AND NEGLIGENT SUPERVISION
The woman has filed a lawsuit against Sean Combs and Justin Combs for sexual assault, gender-based violence, and negligent supervision. Some business ventures owned by Diddy were also included in the lawsuit.
DIDDY'S CAMP DENIED THE ALLEGATIONS
Diddy's lawyers firmly denied the allegations in a statement to E! News on June 26, saying, "No matter how many lawsuits are filed, Mr. Combs has never sexually abused anyone or been involved in human trafficking. The justice system will reveal the truth."
