Rızvanoğlu, who resigned from his party, stated, "I know that this decision will upset some of my friends. However, politics is not only an institutional journey but also an individual one. Over time, my political approach has also diverged in the face of Turkey's deepening problems. Therefore, I made this decision to pave the way for a healthier process for both myself and my party."

Tekirdağ Deputy Cem Avşar stated that he made this decision because a distance has formed between his party's political process and his own political stance.
In his statement, Avşar said, "Due to the distance that has formed between my political stance and the political process of the DEVA Party in the process we have come to, I made the decision to leave the party after a long evaluation process, taking into account the principles of comradeship."
