Bayraktar also mentioned that Turkey will be searching for oil in Hungary.
The Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Alparslan Bayraktar, made statements regarding the agenda during a live broadcast program he attended.
ELECTRICITY OUTAGE IN EUROPE
Evaluating the electricity outages experienced in European countries, Minister Bayraktar emphasized that Turkey is not facing any issues in energy, stating, "The whole world watched Spain, Portugal, and partially France in astonishment. 60 million people were affected. There are lessons to be learned from this. While we have some predictions, Europe’s transmission network did not specify the reason for this. We think it will take time. A balanced production portfolio in energy is important. There is no energy shortage in Turkey," he said.
"A NEW GOOD NEWS MAY COME FROM THE BLACK SEA THIS MONTH"
Stating that the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant will be operational in 2028, Bayraktar also mentioned that new good news may come from the Black Sea within this month. Highlighting the ongoing exploration activities for energy resources in the region, Alparslan Bayraktar said, "We may share new good news within this month. This good news may come from the Black Sea."
