Sivasspor's head coach Rıza Çalımbay made statements following the match against Bodrum FK. Çalımbay reacted to the referee Ümit Öztürk, saying, "Let’s see if the referee friend doesn’t give those two penalties to the three big teams. He can’t escape from there; he will give them the penalty, but he didn’t give it to us."

Çalımbay stated that they had clear goal opportunities at the beginning of the first half and the second half, saying, "The match went in our favor. The opponent was constantly trying to defend.
