In the Tosya district of Kastamonu, in an accident where a car collided with a tractor's trailer, İsmail Tokaç (20), a second-year student at Kırıkkale Police Vocational School (PMYO), lost his life, and 5 people were injured.
On the Kastamonu-Tosya highway, in the vicinity of Ortalıca village, a car driven by M.M.T. collided with the trailer of a rice-loaded tractor driven by H.U., which was traveling in the same direction.
THE TRAILER OVERTURNED! THE BALANCE IS HEAVY
As a result of the collision, the trailer overturned, and İsmail Tokaç, who was a passenger in the car, lost his life, while the drivers and A.S.K., İ.T., and İ.Ş. were injured. Police, gendarmerie, and medical teams were dispatched to the area upon notification.
The injured were taken to Tosya State Hospital after the initial intervention by the medical teams. İsmail Tokaç's lifeless body was taken to the morgue after the investigation at the accident site. Due to the accident, the D100 road towards Samsun was closed to traffic. After the work was completed, the road was reopened to traffic in a controlled manner. An investigation has been initiated regarding the accident.
