The plaintiff's lawyer Yalçın Akbal attended the hearing, while observers from the Ankara Bar Association's Social Justice and Legal Research Center and the Media and Law Studies Association (MLSA) also followed the proceedings.
MEHMET AĞAR WILL BE HEARD VIA SEGBİS
During the hearing, it was stated that the notifications sent to Mehmet Ağar, who was decided to be heard as a witness in the previous session, did not reach him.
Lawyer Akbal requested that a new notification be sent to Ağar's address in Beykoz and that the witness be present and heard at the next hearing.
The court decided to send a notification to the address indicated by lawyer Akbal, while ruling that Mehmet Ağar would be heard via SEGBİS at the next session.
