In the survey, the question "Will the minimum wage increase the welfare of employees in 2026?" was asked.

Participants' responses:

  • 54.5% said the increase would not create real welfare,
  • 36.6% answered "partially,"
  • Only 8.9% said "yes."

These results indicate that the business world agrees that the expected increase in 2026 will have a limited impact on employees.

The responses to the question "What balance should be prioritized when determining the minimum wage?" were listed as follows:

  • Employer cost balance: 10.9%
  • Protection of employment: 8.9%
  • Economic growth: 8.9%

The research reveals that employers prioritize the purchasing power of employees, but the concern for combating inflation is also strongly highlighted.
