HE STABBED HIS GIRLFRIEND TO DEATH IN A VILLA

The incident occurred on Wednesday, April 9, at a villa located in Binkılıç, Çatalca. According to allegations, Sinem Çeşim (27) met with her boyfriend M.T. Following an argument between them, M.T. severely injured Çeşim with a knife and fled. Upon receiving the notification, ambulance and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene. After the first intervention, Çeşim passed away in the hospital to which she was taken.

ESCAPE CAPTURED ON SECURITY CAMERA

The funeral of Sinem Çeşim was held at the Yakacık Pir Sultan Cemevi and she was buried at Pendik Yeni Şeyhli Cemetery. Meanwhile, the moments when the killer M.T. escaped from the scene were captured second by second by security cameras. While the teams continue their efforts to capture the suspect, the grieving mother of the young girl, Sultan Çeşim, expressed her desire for the suspect to be caught as soon as possible.

Mother Sultan Çeşim said: "I am speaking here as a grieving mother, and I first want to address all mothers. The incident happened like this: My daughter woke up in the morning and went to work. I last saw my daughter around 1:00 AM. She said, 'I will go to work tomorrow' and went to bed. When I got up, my daughter had already left. Normally, she would leave at 8:00 AM, but that day she left earlier. I called my daughter around 3:30 PM, but I couldn't reach her. Then it was 4:00 PM, and I still couldn't reach her. Normally, she would start work at 8:00 AM and leave at 3:30 PM.

I called twice, but I still couldn't reach her. Then around 5:00 PM, I made dinner, and my children came home from work. Just as we were about to sit at the table, I received a call from an unknown number. We answered the phone, and they said, 'We are calling from the Çatalca Gendarmerie Station; she has had an accident.' They asked, 'Can you come?' I said, 'What kind of accident? Can you explain it to me?' But they said, 'No, if you come here.' Then we got up and went. The incident happened at 12:00, but we were informed at 6:00 PM."

"THIS MAN HAS BEEN WANTED FOR 9 MONTHS"

Mother Çeşim, who wants the suspect to be caught as soon as possible, said, "This man has been wanted for 9 months and is walking around freely. The same situation applies now; despite what he did to my daughter, he is still not found. Six days have passed since the incident. I want him to be caught as soon as possible. Today it happened to me, tomorrow it could happen to someone else. This person has many criminal records. The prosecutor and our lawyer have already shown us these. I want this man to be caught and sent to prison. There is an arrest warrant for this man, but he is still wandering around outside. I really cannot understand how this is possible. He is wanted but is still walking around freely; I want him to be caught," she said.

"MY DAUGHTER WOULD NEVER HIDE ANYTHING FROM ME"

Sultan Çeşim, who stated that she did not know the suspect, said, "I have never known the killer before; he never introduced himself to me as a boyfriend. I only knew him as a friend. I only heard him once during a video call. I had no knowledge of the meeting. Because she left home saying she was going to work; she never told me she was going there. If I had known she was going there, I would have prevented her from going. My daughter would never hide anything from me; even her social media accounts were connected to mine. She was very outspoken, like a boy. She must have gone there and met him because she trusted him," she said.

Grieving father Hasan Çeşim, who wants justice to be served, said, "The gendarmerie called us, and we went; unfortunately, she was found dead. But the killer is still outside, walking around freely. Please catch this person as soon as possible. At least let us have a little peace of mind. As a father, I was devastated when I received this news. Whoever it is, today it could be my daughter, tomorrow it could be someone else's daughter. As long as this person is walking around outside, who knows how many more lives he will harm. I do not know this man; I have never seen him before, I have not even heard his name. Neither my daughter nor anyone else has mentioned him to me. I have not heard anything, I do not know anything," he said.
