After the US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced the deployment of the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) aircraft carrier to the Middle East, US President Donald Trump stated that another part of the US naval forces is heading towards Iran, expressing hope that Tehran would 'make a deal.'

Trump reiterated his threats towards the country by saying that a large 'fleet' is advancing towards Iran and stated that the Tehran government must bow to US demands. In his speech, Trump said, "Meanwhile, there is another magnificent fleet currently heading towards Iran. Let's see what happens. I hope they make a deal. They should have made a deal on their first try. Then they would have a country."
Trump also claimed that Iran 'destroyed' its nuclear capacity with the attacks it carried out on three facilities in June.
THE US IS BUILDING UP IN THE MIDDLE EAST
US Central Command (CENTCOM) confirmed yesterday that the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier strike group has been deployed to the Middle East "to support regional security and stability."
Some US officials speaking to the New York Times claimed that the US has sent more Patriot and THAAD air defense systems to the region to protect US troops from retaliatory attacks that could come from Iran's short and medium-range missiles.
It was stated that the US has dispatched a dozen more F-15E aircraft to the region to increase the number of attack aircraft.
IRAN: WE ARE READY FOR WAR
Iranian Government Spokesperson Fatma Muhacerani stated that her country values dialogue and regional stability for resolving issues in conflict areas but also keeps different options on the table to protect national interests. Muhacerani said, "We are fully prepared (for war)."
ISRAEL ALSO THREATENS IRAN
Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu claimed that any attack by Iran on Israel would be a very big mistake, threatening that they would respond very strongly in such a case.
