Roketsan introduced the four-legged unmanned ground system KOZ at the IDEF 2025 Fair. Capable of carrying 4 guided munitions, KOZ operates in both autonomous and remote-controlled modes and can perform uninterrupted missions for up to 2.5 hours. The system will support reconnaissance and assault missions in challenging terrains.
The leading organization of the Turkish defense industry, Roketsan, introduced its groundbreaking new technology KOZ in the field of unmanned ground systems to the public at the IDEF 2025 International Defense Industry Fair held in Istanbul. With its four-legged structure, KOZ stands out particularly for its high stability and agility in challenging terrains.
AUTONOMOUS MOVEMENT, STRONG ATTACK CAPABILITY
KOZ has the capacity to operate both autonomously and remotely controlled. The system, which can effectively support attack missions with its 4 guided munitions, is also positioned as an ideal platform for reconnaissance, surveillance, and special operations.
2.5 HOURS OF CONTINUOUS MISSION TIME
The new generation unmanned ground vehicle offers up to 2.5 hours of continuous mission time, providing a long-lasting usage advantage in operational fields. During this time, KOZ can perform tasks with high efficiency in missions that minimize human risk.

With a turnover exceeding 20 billion dollars, our defense industry is practically writing an epic. We are meeting all our needs with our own resources. The concept of our UAVs is making a significant impact. Similarly, Turkey is one of the 10 countries in the world that designs and develops its own warships."
