According to reports in the German media, two Romanian passengers were late to board a Wizz Air flight to Bucharest, the capital of Romania, at 9:30 PM local time on Friday. After the final call was made, and all passengers boarded the plane and the staff left, the two passengers broke the glass of the emergency exit door to board the plane.

The 28 and 47-year-old passengers who entered the runway attempted to board a plane with its doors closed and engines running. Security forces, who intervened immediately, detained the individuals. The police stated, "Legal action has been initiated against the individuals for unauthorized entry onto the airport runway, and an investigation has been launched for violating aviation security laws."
