Burak Kırıkçı, who worked at an amusement park in Amasya, died after being hit by a ranger (kamikaze) ride. Following the incident, the company owner and operations manager were arrested, and the amusement park was sealed.
In Amasya, Burak Kırıkçı (20), who was working at an amusement park, lost his life after being hit by an entertainment vehicle called the ranger (kamikaze). The company owner F.C. and manager H.N.E., who were detained in connection with the incident, have been arrested.
The incident occurred on Saturday at the amusement park located within Hakimiyet Park in the Hızırpaşa neighborhood. Burak Kırıkçı, reported to be working at the amusement park, allegedly bent down without noticing the approaching ranger entertainment vehicle while it was in operation. At that moment, the cabin of the entertainment vehicle struck Kırıkçı. Upon notification, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. Injured Kırıkçı could not be saved at Amasya Sabuncuoğlu Şerefeddin Training and Research Hospital, where he was taken by ambulance.
AMUSEMENT PARK SEALED
Following the incident, the amusement park was sealed, and both judicial and administrative investigations were launched. Within the scope of the investigation, company owner F.C. and operations manager H.N.E. were taken into custody. After their procedures at the police station, the suspects were referred to the courthouse. F.C. and H.N.E. were arrested by the court where they were brought.
