Following the court decision, the creditor's lawyer went to the municipality at midnight and had 3 luxury vehicles worth 7 million liras, used by senior executives as official cars, seized under police supervision and towed to a impound lot.

Following the court decision, the creditor's attorney took action and, in a midnight operation, had 3 official vehicles used by senior Manavgat Municipality executives seized and towed to a impound lot.
SEIZURE PROCESS FOR 60 MILLION LIRA DEBT
20 citizens whose properties were expropriated by the Manavgat Municipality to be used as a parking lot but who did not receive payments, applied to the judiciary to seek their rights. After the lawsuit filed at the Manavgat 3rd Civil Court of First Instance concluded in favor of the citizens, enforcement proceedings were initiated as the municipality failed to pay its debt. When the amount of the receivable reached approximately 60 million lira, the claimants' attorney, Emre Erdoğan, along with law enforcement, carried out a seizure process at the Manavgat Municipality.
OFFICIAL VEHICLES TAKEN AT MIDNIGHT
In the seizure operation carried out at midnight, a total of 3 luxury vehicles worth 7 million lira, used as official vehicles by senior Manavgat Municipality executives, were loaded onto tow trucks under the supervision of the Manavgat Police Department Traffic Enforcement Bureau teams and taken to an impound lot. It was learned that another official vehicle seized at the Side Service Building could not be removed from the lot at that time because it was locked in a closed parking garage.
"MY CLIENTS' RECEIVABLE IS 60 MILLION LIRA"
Attorney Emre Erdoğan, who managed the process, stated the following in his statement after the seizure: "The properties of approximately 20 of my clients were expropriated by the Manavgat Municipality to be used as a parking lot. However, the municipality has not paid these amounts to this day. The lawsuit we filed on behalf of my clients was concluded. We are carrying out this seizure process in accordance with the court decision. Our receivable is approximately 60 million lira. Currently, 3 official vehicles with an estimated value of 7 million lira have been taken to the impound, and one vehicle in the closed parking garage could not be reached for now."
