According to the information obtained, hotel staff entered the room after suspecting something was wrong due to Barsys not leaving his room for a long time. The staff noticed that the tourist was lying motionless and reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Health and police teams.
IT WAS DETERMINED THAT HE HAD PASSED AWAY
Health teams that arrived at the scene determined that the Lithuanian tourist had lost his life. While police teams initiated an investigation into the incident, work was started to determine the cause of death.
A AUTOPSY WILL BE PERFORMED
Barsys's body was taken to the Alanya Forensic Medicine Institution's morgue to determine the exact cause of death.
