In Afyonkarahisar, 41-year-old Zeliha Gün, who had been missing for 4 days, was found dead in a dam pond in the İhsaniye district. The body of the woman, for whom her brother filed a missing person report on June 24, was recovered by gendarmerie and AFAD teams and sent to the hospital for an autopsy.
A woman who had been missing for 4 days in Afyonkarahisar was found dead in a dam pond. Her brother, who could not reach Zeliha Gün (41), who lives in the city center, filed a missing person report with the 112 Emergency Call Center on June 24.
Citizens who saw a person lying motionless in the water in the dam pond in Ayazini village, İhsaniye district, reported the situation to the gendarmerie.

AFAD and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene. The teams, who entered the dam pond by boat, determined that the recovered body was Zeliha Gün, who had been sought as missing. Following the examination, Gün's body was taken to the Afyonkarahisar State Hospital morgue for an autopsy.
