In this context; we have determined the principles for ensuring the participation in judicial work, in addition to their administrative, supervisory, and coordination duties, of our Deputy Chief Public Prosecutors and our Chief Public Prosecutors serving in our Chief Public Prosecutor's Offices organized before the criminal courts of first instance. With these regulations, we aim to make greater use of the knowledge and experience of our experienced Chief Public Prosecutors and Deputy Chief Public Prosecutors, to distribute the workload among our Public Prosecutors more evenly, and to contribute to the conclusion of files within a reasonable time. We will resolutely continue our citizen-oriented reform steps based on the rule of law.
