SHEPHERD NOTICED, TEAMS SPRANG INTO ACTION
A shepherd who noticed the body in the forested area in Akçay Neighborhood reported the situation to the gendarmerie teams. Teams arriving at the area upon the report conducted an examination at the scene.
IDENTITY DETERMINED BY FINGERPRINT
Gendarmerie Crime Investigation Team (JASAT) units determined through their fingerprint examination that the body belonged to 33-year-old Osman Zont.
FOUND SHOT WITH A FIREARM
The lifeless body of Zont, who was found shot with a firearm, was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute morgue for an autopsy.
