It was determined that 70-year-old Ertuğrul Çetinkaya, who was found lying on the seats at the bus terminal in the İlkadım district of Samsun, had been there for 3-4 days and had passed away due to natural causes.
A person was found dead at the intercity bus terminal in Samsun. The incident occurred at the Yusuf Ziya Yılmaz Intercity Bus Terminal in the Kıran neighborhood of İlkadım district in Samsun. According to the information obtained, a terminal employee noticed a person lying on the seats next to the Suluova Ticket Office in the terminal's garden. When the employee tried to wake the person and received no response, they reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Upon inspection, it was revealed that the person had died.

In their investigation, the police identified the deceased as 70-year-old Ertuğrul Çetinkaya, who had been staying at the bus terminal for 3-4 days. An examination by the forensic physician concluded that Ertuğrul Çetinkaya had died of natural causes. Çetinkaya's lifeless body was taken to the morgue of the Cemetery Affairs Directorate, and his relatives were contacted.
