As the investigation into the deaths of 3 siblings whose bodies were found in the Darıca district of Kocaeli continues, father Murat Sakar, in a statement to a private television channel, requested custody of his only daughter, Bilgenur. The deaths of three siblings whose bodies were found in Kocaeli's Darıca district are being investigated. Father Murat Sakar is requesting custody of his surviving daughter Bilgenur, while a poem shared by the deceased Belinay has drawn attention. The father requested that records be examined to shed light on the incident.
3 SIBLINGS LOST THEIR LIVES
On August 20, the lifeless bodies of siblings Gülşah (24), Muhammed Ali (17), and Belinay Sakar (15) were found on the shore of Şehit Cevher Dudayev Park in the Cami Neighborhood of Darıca. No signs of physical trauma were found on the three siblings during autopsies performed at Gebze Fatih State Hospital, and they were buried side by side in Balçık Cemetery on August 22, following a funeral prayer held at Darıca Eyüpoğlu Mosque.
It was learned that Belinay, one of the siblings, was laid to rest on her 15th birthday, Gülşah had been accepted to law school this year, and their eldest sister Tansu had died by drowning in the sea 10 years ago.
Additionally, it was reported that another sibling, Bilgenur Sakar, has been taken under state protection.

Meanwhile, a post made by 15-year-old Belinay Sakar, who lost her life in the incident, on a book-focused social media platform shortly before the event drew attention. It was seen that Belinay's post included the following words:
"Autumn is coming (how painful that I won't be able to see it), Autumn is coming, My dreams are fading, These winds are preparing me for a farewell, Step by step, dragging me, utterly confident, Autumn is coming, My time is passing, Only these roars understand me, Without shouting, feeling, watching what is happening."
"RECORDS SHOULD BE EXAMINED TO SHED LIGHT ON THE INCIDENT"
Yesterday, father Murat Sakar, who connected by phone to a private television channel's broadcast, addressed state officials regarding the investigation. Demanding that the incident be clarified, Sakar said, "I request our state leaders and our Minister of Justice to deal with this matter. I want their phones, the City Security System records, the footage of my children leaving the house, which vehicles were boarded by the seaside, etc., to be determined."
Stating that he had not seen his ex-wife, who is also his cousin's daughter, for 3 years, Sakar expressed that he received the news of his children's death late, saying, "I was informed on Friday morning at 04:00. No one informed me before that; I didn't know. As a father, this was not told to me."
Sakar, stating that he had not been able to see his children for over 2 years, said, "I would call, but they wouldn't answer; they had blocked me. I was sending their allowance and child support. Before that, I would come and go. I don't know the reason."
"HE PRESSED THE KNIFE TO MY JUGULAR VEIN"
Murat Sakar answered the question "Did your ex-wife have psychological issues?" with these claims:
"She did. I even told her. I said, 'Let's go through a treatment process,' but she refused. She said, 'I'm not crazy, you are crazy.' She just cut it off. When you said something, she would suddenly attack by shouting. Once she attacked me with a knife in the kitchen. I was lying down; there was a TV in the kitchen. She pressed the knife to my jugular vein. We were talking. She would get angry at the slightest thing; she was aggressive. She didn't want to stay in Kars. 'Let's go to a big city, let's go to Istanbul,' etc. She didn't want to stay here. She finally succeeded. She took my children there. I don't know why she didn't want to stay in Kars. I was very curious about that too, but I don't know."
Sakar, saying his ex-wife frequently changed houses, stated, "We first moved to Darıca. After the first house there, she moved to another house, then left there for another place. Then to another place. She also changed 3-4 phone lines. My line has been the same since 1996."
"I WANT TO TAKE BILGENUR WITH ME"
Sakar continued his words as follows:
"Bilgenur is also a successful student. She's also been at home for 3 years. Bilgenur is my only surviving daughter. I have no one else. I want to take her with me. Let the social services and our dear elders help me. Bilgenur's life might now be in danger too. I want to take care of her and bring her to Kars. Bilgenur saw her siblings and saw what happened to them. She cannot be alone right now. The mother, anyway, has no news of the children in this regard. She had custody. If the same happens to Bilgenur and I lose her too, then I have no purpose in life. What will I do?"
"THEY WERE UNEASY IN THE LAST HOUSE THEY WENT TO"
Murat Sakar, claiming he heard that the children were uneasy in the house they last moved to, said, "From what I heard, they were uneasy in the last house they went to, but I don't know why they were uneasy or what problems occurred there. But I don't think my ex-wife applied violence to the children; why would she beat her children? Ali's mobile phone was with him too; I want it to be found. It's very important. He had the phone on him when he left."
