A physics teacher named Kirsty Buchan, who works at a high school in Glasgow, Scotland, was noticed by students after sharing adult content photos online and became involved in a major scandal. Buchan, who described herself as a "wayward good teacher" and "someone who stands out with her sexy body," resigned after the situation came to the attention of the school administration.

A physics teacher named Kirsty Buchan (34) working at a high school in Glasgow, Scotland, became embroiled in a major scandal after her daring photos shared online were seen and downloaded by her students. Following the incident, Buchan resigned from her teaching position and was banned from teaching for two years.

Buchan was sharing her photos on an adult content platform under the pseudonym "Jessica Jackrabbit." She described herself as "a good teacher gone astray" and "someone who stands out with her sexy body." As her posts gained attention, some students noticed these photos and downloaded them to share with their friends. When this situation reached the school administration, Buchan resigned.

Buchan stated that she shared this content due to financial difficulties and that she could not make ends meet with her teacher's salary. She even claimed that she earned £60,000 from this platform within a month.

The incident was investigated by the General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS). The council determined that Buchan's behavior was incompatible with the teaching profession and banned her from the profession for two years. During this period, she will not be able to work as a teacher in any school.

In its decision, the GTCS stated:

"Every individual has a private life and freedom of expression. However, a teacher openly announcing that they sell obscene content and doing so while teaching is incompatible with professional ethics.

Teaching is a profession that society trusts. It is unacceptable for someone who behaves contrary to societal expectations to be in the classroom."

The council also noted that Buchan did not make sufficient efforts to conceal her identity and that students' access to this content posed a serious problem. Throughout the disciplinary process, Buchan did not defend herself and did not attend the hearings.

Buchan had previously stated in a statement that she resorted to such a path due to her financial difficulties:

"I did not want to leave my job. But I had to do other jobs to make a living. Before starting on OnlyFans, I worked at Tesco and wore an elf costume at a Christmas event. I have always been a hard worker.

However, the private photos I shared were downloaded without permission and circulated among students at school. This harmed my career, which I had worked for years. I had no other option left."

This incident has also reignited discussions about the boundaries of teachers' social media and private lives.
