In line with the decision of the Istanbul 11th Criminal Court of Peace, a trustee was appointed to Peker GYO by the TMSF. The company's board of directors was re-formed; Enis Güçlü Şirin was appointed as chairman and Tolga Yenice as CEO.
The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has been appointed as trustee to Peker Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı (GYO).
TRUSTEE APPOINTED TO PEKER GYO
According to the statement made by Peker GYO on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), in line with the decision of the Istanbul 11th Criminal Court of Peace, the company's board of directors was re-established by the Fund Board.
Enis Güçlü Şirin was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Peker GYO, Cüneyt Ardağ as Deputy Chairman, and Melek İnceköse İmert, Ercan Doğan, Mert Can Aktı, Aybike Kaynar Bardakcı and Tolga Yenice as members of the board of directors. Tolga Yenice was also appointed as the company's Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
