RARE ROBBERY
Those who arrived at the scene by motorcycle crashed into the shop and smashed the display windows with sledgehammer blows, carrying out a rare robbery in London within minutes.
THEY THREATENED THE PUBLIC WITH A MACHETE
The incident that took place at the "Bilezzik" jeweler located on Green Lanes in the Islington district around 10:00 AM on Tuesday was also shared on social media. In the footage, it was seen that the robbers threatened the local people who tried to intervene with a machete and fled the scene within minutes after the robbery. It was recorded that the attackers wore helmets and black clothing during the robbery, which occurred amidst screams.

The police confirmed that the attackers were armed. In a statement from the authorities, it was said, "At 10:04 AM on Tuesday, February 24, a report of an armed robbery was received at a shop on Green Lanes in Islington. During the incident, some citizens tried to prevent the suspects from escaping. No injuries were reported. Police teams arrived at the scene at 10:08 AM. Efforts to secure evidence and identify the suspects are ongoing. At this stage, no arrests have been made."
