After the warnings issued by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the heavy rain that took effect in Istanbul starting from the night hours negatively affected life. Due to the intensity of the rainfall, the mud that formed flowed from the streams into the Bosphorus. The sea covered with mud took on two colors.
