In the final minutes of the match played between Uçarsuspor and Arsinspor, the decisions made by the referee caused a significant backlash.

The referee of the match drew a red card and then awarded a penalty in favor of Uçarsuspor, which drew a strong reaction from the Arsinspor side, and after Uçarsuspor won the match 3-2, the field became chaotic. Following the reaction of the Arsinspor officials and players towards the referee, a scuffle broke out between the players of both teams. The referee also faced significant backlash, and they could only leave the field with the help of a large security cordon established by the security forces. In a statement made after the controversial match, Arsinspor Club claimed that wrong decisions were made against them during the match, stating, "Arsinspor, which is competing in the Trabzon second amateur league, is tired of the disrespect from referees and opponents just so that young people can play matches and contribute to Trabzon amateur football. We, as Arsinspor, are a club with a history full of trophies in our museum of successes. Of course, this does not make us arrogant, but we deserve respect from referees and opponents. We, as Arsinspor, know that we have other solutions besides waiting for the respect we deserve, but with the awareness that we are obliged to do what is appropriate, we inform the public by doing what is appropriate. We remind you that the referee who officiated our match against Uçarsuspor should never be assigned to any of our matches again, and if he is assigned, we will not enter the field before the match starts. We hope that the sports community will understand this statement and we extend our respects," the statement read.

In a statement from Uçarsuspor Club, it was stated: "The incidents that occurred in the Uçarsuspor - Arsinspor match we played will not contribute to the development of football, and we definitely do not wish for our club's name to be associated with such events. In the match we played against Arsinspor, the first half ended 1-1, and at the beginning of the second half, Arsinspor took a 1-2 lead. In the final moments of the match, our players showed character and managed to turn the match around to 3-2. Our team, which did not lose its disciplined play and character whether we were drawing or falling behind, faced verbal and physical interventions from the opposing players when we took the lead 3-2, but they tried to stay focused on the match. Some individuals, whom we do not want to call football players but who carry the mentality of football terrorism, attacked our goalkeeper and two of our players with 8-9 people. We will continue to hold the same view that there are three possibilities in football and that sports should be a component of entertainment and culture. Our final word will be to the Trabzon Amateur Federation; will you continue to favor the district team, or will you finally put an end to this violence? Will you continue to ignore our team, which has been wronged since the beginning of the season?"
