Fenerbahçe Club Member Ahmet Bulut, stating that he is on Hakan Safi's list, criticized Aziz Yıldırım. Bulut expressed his reproach with the words, "Aziz Bey, in his last speech, said, 'I will not be president, I will be a leader.' That is very true, Aziz Bey. Leadership positions are appreciated more by what is done when you are not in those positions. We wish you had been a patron, a big brother to us. We loved and respected you very much. Tension rose during the ordinary electoral general assembly meeting of Fenerbahçe Sports Club. Fenerbahçe Club member Ahmet Bulut, stating that he is on Hakan Safi's list, made harsh criticisms towards Aziz Yıldırım.
"I AM ON A SIDE IN AN ELECTION FOR THE FIRST TIME"
Ahmet Bulut, expressing that he is on a side in an election for the first time, said, "I am on a side in an election for the first time. Mr. Aziz Yıldırım had a bit of a role in this. In the last Board of Council, I had a brief chat with my president, in front of everyone. He said, 'Ahmet, you are a good person, you speak well, you give messages of unity and address me, but I am not into those things.' There are witnesses. I said, 'Let there be a championship.' He replied, 'We will be together when we become champions.' I hinted at this from the podium. The date was around May 18. Approximately 15 days later, when our President announced his candidacy, his first words were about unity. This caused both disappointment and motivation in me. Mr. President wants unity in his own Fenerbahçe. That's why I am a candidate on Mr. Hakan's list for the unity of all of us. I promise, I will be on the side of this unity in every way."
"WISH YOU LOVED US TOO, MR. AZIZ"
Reacting to Aziz Yıldırım's recent statements, Bulut said, "No one is bigger than the emblem and jersey in Fenerbahçe. Mr. Aziz, in his last speech, rightly said, 'I will not be president, I will lead.' That's very true, Mr. Aziz. Stating that Aziz Yıldırım remained silent about some incidents in recent years, Ahmet Bulut said, "We expected this from Mr. Aziz: This club faced a lynching attempt in Trabzon. It would have been very good if you had said get well soon. Ali Koç, who sits in the seat you occupied for 20 years, was attacked in Izmir. Wish you had said get well soon. Wish you had shown a reaction when Fenerbahçe was being wronged and torn apart. It would have been very good. During the election period, in his work, Aziz Yıldırım had a discourse about the statute. With a statute change, let's not allow those who harm Fenerbahçe to return, dear president."
