Sinan Burhan, President of the Turkish Press Federation, reiterated his claim that Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Mayor Büşra Özdemir will join the AK Party. Although Özdemir emphasized at the October municipal council meeting that she was doing politics under the CHP umbrella, Burhan did not change his view and claimed that the deputy mayor would switch to the AK Party.
