In the indictment regarding the abduction of businessman Koray Sarısaçlı, striking allegations were included about Alparslan Kuytul, who was arrested within the scope of the investigation into the structure known as Kuytulcular. According to confidential witness statements, it was alleged that a raid was carried out on the home of a couple whose marriage Kuytul did not approve of, and the groom was beaten.
The statements of a secret witness, reported to have been included in the file during the trial process regarding Alparslan Kuytul, drew attention. In the statements alleged to be included in the indictment accepted by the Adana 8th Heavy Penal Court, various claims were put forward regarding the "punishment" methods within the organization.
"PUNISHMENT" CLAIM FROM SECRET WITNESS
According to the secret witness statements in the file, it was alleged that punishments against some individuals within the organization were carried out with the knowledge or permission of the leader.
The witness claimed that no one could be given a reward or punishment without the knowledge of the leader within the organization. These statements were alleged to be included in the trial file regarding the abduction and beating of businessman Koray Sarısaçlı.
CLAIM OF RAID AFTER UNWANTED MARRIAGE
One of the striking claims in the secret witness statements was an incident alleged to have occurred over a marriage.
According to the statement, a woman and a man within the organization loved each other and wanted to get married. It was claimed that the person responsible for marriages deemed the couple's marriage appropriate, but later Alparslan Kuytul did not want this marriage to take place.
It was alleged that after the couple got married anyway, the incident was taken to a different dimension.
"THE GROOM'S HOUSE WAS RAIDED"
The secret witness alleged that after the couple married without Kuytul's permission, a raid was carried out on their home in Adana and the groom was beaten.
In the witness statement, it was also claimed that the person reported to have been beaten considered filing a complaint after the incident but later did not file one.
It is stated that these accounts are based on secret witness statements and are claims within the trial process.
ON TRIAL IN THE KORAY SARISAÇLI FILE
Kuytul had also begun to be tried on the claim that he was the instigator in the abduction of businessman Koray Sarısaçlı in 2021.
The claim that Sarısaçlı was abducted by masked people who forcibly put him into a vehicle as he was leaving his workplace in Adana on September 8, 2021, had previously been reflected in the trial file.
35 SUSPECTS DETAINED IN THE OPERATION
An operation had been carried out within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Adana Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against the organization known publicly as Kuytulcular.
Following the operation, 35 suspects, including Alparslan Kuytul and his wife Semra Kuytul, were detained, and judicial control measures were imposed on 18 suspects. Three suspects were released by the prosecutor's office.
