The Professional Football Discipline Board imposed a fine of 802,000 lira on Amed Sportif Faaliyetler Club due to a "braid" post made on its social media account, citing "statements aimed at damaging the reputation of football and institutions and ideological propaganda" as the reason, and a 15-day ban on Club President Nahit Eren.
Amed Sportif Faaliyetler Club, competing in the TFF 1st League, was referred to the Professional Football Discipline Board (PFDK) due to the "braid" post made on its social media account.
In the decision made by the PFDK, Amed Sportif Faaliyetler Club was fined 802,000 lira, and Club President Nahit Eren was given a 15-day ban.
The decision made by the PFDK is as follows:
"Amed Sportif Faaliyetler Club is fined 802,500.-TL due to statements aimed at damaging the reputation of football and institutions and ideological propaganda in the post made on the Club's official social media account (Instagram) on 22.01.2026, in accordance with articles 38/1-b, 42/4, 42/2, and 10/2 of the FDT. It has been decided that Amed Sportif Faaliyetler Club President Nahit Eren is punished with a 15-day ban due to statements aimed at damaging the reputation of football and institutions in the post made on the Club's official social media account (Instagram) on 22.01.2026, in accordance with articles 38/3 and 38/1-a of the FDT."
