CALL TO ÖZGÜR ÖZEL

Gürsoy stated that the shelter staff did not allow animal rights advocates inside and called on everyone, especially the CHP Chairman Özgür Özel, to visit the shelter.

Moreover, the Mamak Municipality had previously arbitrarily detained street dogs with ear tags, claiming they were "aggressive," and had filed a complaint against Lawyer Tuğba Gürsoy, who sought to protect the animals.
