I am still very weak. But you stood by me so much that I had to thank you. It seems that pains really can become bearable when shared. Stating that the incident happened suddenly and the funeral was held in a different place, Taş expressed that his friends did not leave him alone. The famous singer included the following words in his statement: "My artist friends were criticized for not being at the funeral, but even though the suddenness of the incident and the difference in location made me seem alone, almost all of them called and asked. Politicians, artists, and ordinary citizens in the street, people from every opinion and thought, from every political party, cried with me. You know, I have always been the mischievous child of the family. Sometimes I may have angered you, but I never intended to upset anyone in my life. Yet we were a family; I learned that the painful way."
