4 CHILDREN'S PRODUCTS TO BE WITHDRAWN FROM THE MARKET
The Ministry of Trade continues to announce harmful products. Recently, 4 products were added to the list published by the ministry.
The products in question are as follows:
The Sonöz Bebe branded girls' clothing with a bolero for ages 8-9 poses a risk of choking and injury as it does not meet the criteria for "cords and drawstrings used in children's clothing." A decision has been made to ban the product from the market and withdraw it.
The Baby Body branded baby bodysuit worn by infants aged 0-3 poses a risk of choking and injury due to the snaps breaking off into small pieces. A decision has also been made to withdraw and ban this product.
The Hippıl Baby branded summer outfit for girls increases the risk of injury due to the 3D decoration at the end of the decorative cord and the long cord. This product will also be withdrawn from the market.
The Özkaya Plastik branded water gun poses a choking risk to children due to the packaging thickness being below safe limits. A decision has been made to ban and withdraw this product.
