In the aftermath of the armed attack at the traditional White House Correspondents' Association dinner held in Washington, the chilling manifesto of the assailant, Cole Allen, has emerged. In a message sent to his family shortly before the act, Allen stated, 'I will no longer allow a pedophile, a rapist, and a traitor to stain my hands with their crimes,' describing the attack as a 'moral responsibility.' While the attacker included all officials of the Trump administration on his hit list, he singled out one name.

Allen stated that he used buckshot instead of a single bullet to avoid hitting innocent civilians through walls, concluding his manifesto with the words 'I don't expect forgiveness.'

TRUMP: A SICK MAN

Donald Trump, making his first statement after the attack, also referred to this manifesto, describing Allen as 'a sick man.' Trump claimed that the manifesto contained particularly hateful content directed at Christians and that the attack directly targeted these values.

The FBI and local law enforcement agencies continue to examine the digital footprints of the manifesto and who Allen had contact with during this process.
