Burcu Biricik has also become involved in the 'fee reduction' debate that recently erupted between producers and actors. Emphasizing that the million-worth fees in the market are limited to only a few names, the famous actress said, "This industry won't be saved by the money cut from actors."

As costs rise in the TV series and film industry, requests for fee reductions from actors remain on the agenda, while the famous actress Burcu Biricik made striking statements on the issue.

"THERE ARE ONLY 3-5 ACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH MILLIONS"

Emphasizing that not everyone in the industry receives high fees as is assumed, Biricik stated that, contrary to public perception, the majority is struggling to make a living. Drawing attention to income inequality in the industry, the actress expressed that high fees are limited to only a few names. "The actor market is only associated with millions. Believe me, there are 3 or 5 actors associated with millions. For the rest, everyone is trying to make a living," she said.

"THE INDUSTRY CANNOT BE SAVED BY CUTTING FROM ACTORS"

Criticizing the cost crisis being billed to actors, Burcu Biricik stated that discount demands would not be a solution to industry problems. Stating that she did not find it right for producers and industry representatives to make budget cuts through actor fees, Biricik put an end to the debates by saying, "This industry cannot be saved with the money cut from actors."
