The accident occurred around 23:00 at the Cerrah Junction location on Ahmet Türkel Ring Road. According to the information obtained, the car with license plate 35 ACU 251, driven by Emir Ç. (19), went out of the driver’s control and rear-ended the car with license plate 16 ACT 578, driven by Samet A. (23), traveling ahead. Due to the severe collision, both cars left the road and were able to stop on the sidewalk. In the accident, the drivers of both cars and Ogün A. (14), who was a passenger in the car with license plate 16 ACT 578, were injured. Upon notice, 112 Emergency Medical Services and police teams were dispatched to the scene. The injured were taken to İnegöl State Hospital by ambulances and placed under treatment.

Seeing the birthday cake brought by his family in front of him, the young driver blew out the burning candles on the cake after the unusual moment he experienced. Samet A., who had a difficult day due to the accident, was cheered up by the surprise from his loved ones.

Samet A., describing the accident, stated that his car was rear-ended while he was traveling at low speed on the ring road and said the following:
“On my birthday, I was traveling at 30-40 kilometers per hour on the ring road. Suddenly they hit me. The car was totaled, and I was slightly injured. My birthday passed like this today; at least we have our health, what can we do? Thanks to all my friends, they didn’t leave me alone. We celebrated my birthday here.”
Police teams launched an investigation into the accident.
