New Party Istanbul Deputy Cemal Enginyurt spoke to Haberler.com regarding the detention of his advisor, Cem Tekinoğlu, within the scope of the 'prostitution' and 'money laundering' investigation. Stating that he has not had direct communication with Tekinoğlu since the detention decision, Enginyurt used the following expressions regarding the accusations against Tekinoğlu: 'They say he met with the regiment commander in the Gülistan Doku incident 40 times and arranged a woman for the former governor.'
New Party Istanbul Deputy Cemal Enginyurt spoke to Haberler.com regarding the detention of his advisor Cem Tekinoğlu within the scope of the 'prostitution' and 'money laundering' investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
Stating that he has no clear information on the matter, Enginyurt said, "I read it in the news. It's not about me. As far as I understand, it's something that happened in the past."
"THEY SAY HE SET UP A WOMAN FOR THE FORMER GOVERNOR" Enginyurt, who said he has not contacted Cem Tekinoğlu one-on-one since the detention decision, used the following statements regarding the accusation against Tekinoğlu: "They say he met with the regiment commander in the Gülistan Doku incident 40 times and set up a woman for the former governor."
Enginyurt finally said, "After all, MIT, police, and intelligence investigate someone to become an advisor to Parliament. So I am also waiting, we have sent a lawyer."
Cem Tekinoğlu HIS NAME HAD BEEN INVOLVED IN THE GÜLİSTAN DOKU INVESTIGATION Cem Tekinoğlu's name had also appeared in the HTS records examined within the scope of the investigation conducted regarding university student Gülistan Doku, who had been missing in Tunceli since January 5, 2020.
Tekinoğlu was serving as the Head of the Information Technologies Department at Munzur University during the period Doku disappeared.
In the HTS examination, 40 contact records were identified between the phone used by Ali Kahraman, who was the Deputy Commander of the Tunceli Provincial Gendarmerie Regiment at the same period, and Cem Tekinoğlu's phone between January 17, 2019, and July 23, 2024.
Tekinoğlu, who has been serving as Cemal Enginyurt's advisor since 2025, had also come to the agenda with allegations that he threatened female students at Munzur University and forced them into sexual relations for money. Following this claim, a parliamentary question was submitted regarding Tekinoğlu.
