İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Cemil Tugay, who joined the AK Party, visited the Provincial Chairmanship. Speaking to journalists on his way out, Tugay said, "There is a lot to say, but as we often repeat, it is time to work, not to talk, in order to serve İzmir."

CEMIL TUGAY'S VISIT TO AK PARTY PROVINCIAL HEADQUARTERS
Mayor of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Cemil Tugay visited the AK Party Izmir Provincial Headquarters. Tugay was welcomed with flowers by AK Party Izmir Provincial Chairman Bilal Saygılı, AK Party Group Deputy Chairman of the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Council Hakan Yıldız, and AK Party Izmir Provincial Women's Branch Chair Emel Dalkıran. At the party building, Tugay held separate meetings with AK Party's municipal council district group deputy chairmen, provincial board members, and district chairmen. After the meetings, Tugay made a statement and said:
“TIME TO WORK, NOT TALK”
“We are at the Izmir AK Party Provincial Headquarters building. Today we met the district chairmen, provincial board members, and council group deputy chairmen. To be honest, I did not know that some people I know from civil society were also in the provincial administration. Today I saw them, and I was surprised. But I also saw that qualified, quite hardworking, good people have come together here. I thank them very much for their warm welcome and for those beautiful messages they gave about working together for the future. There is much to say, but as we often repeat, it is time to work, not to talk, in order to serve Izmir.”
