INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED
As part of the investigation carried out by the İzmir Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the statements in the video shared by Kadir Dalgıç on the social media platform were examined.
Within the scope of the investigation initiated by the prosecutor's office, a detention order was issued for Dalgıç.
MULTIPLE CHARGES FILED
It was learned that Dalgıç, who was taken into custody, faced charges of "insulting the President", "inciting or degrading the public to hatred and hostility", "threat", and "insulting a public official".
ARRESTED
Kadir Dalgıç, who was referred to the courthouse after his procedures at the police station, was arrested by the judge on the charge of "publicly insulting the President" and sent to prison.
